A massive congratulations to Megan who has just passed her driving test on her first attempt with me and with just 2 driving faults!

What a ride it’s been to get you here! From overcoming confidence issues due to your previous tests and instructor; to you then having time off to have a lovely baby boy; and then Lockdown hit us! It should have been plain sailing from there but these past few weeks have been a mess due to the stress of waiting for the DVSA to reissue your licence due to their error in the middle of postal strikes. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone so happy to be at the test centre even if it was chucking it down! Despite all this stress and worry the past week you remained calm(ish) and went there today and smashed it! The examiner complimented your lovely drive and said how comfortable he felt as you drove in the hideous weather. You should be very proud!

It’s been an absolute pleasure teaching and getting to know you and I shall miss our lessons/gossip sessions but I can’t wait to see you out on the road! And I’m sure Teddy will stop telling you off for sitting in the driving seat soon! Trust yourself and enjoy driving. You’ve got this!
